Ranch Mix II

Ingredients:

 

  • ¼ cup fresh ground mixed Peppercorns
  • 1 ½ cup dried Parsley Flakes
  • ½ cup Garlic Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Kosher Salt
  • 1/3 cup Granulated Garlic
  • ¾ cup Dry minced Onion
  • 3 tablespoons Dill Weed
  • 1 Tablespoon dried basil

    Procedure:
    1. Combine all ingredients, store in an airtight container. Makes about 3 ½ cups of dry mix
    2. To Make Dressing, whisk together 2 Tablespoons of mix with 2 Cups each of mayonnaise and buttermilk, 1 ½ Cups sour cream & 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Makes 1 ¾ Quarts

    Do you have a recipe for chipotle ranch or an idea how to make that addition to this recipe? I have tried to find one on line in the past, but didn’t find one I wanted to try.

      Roasted dried jalapenos run through a coffee grinder should do it. I would add 2 teaspoons and work my way up :-)
