Ramen Decoded

1 cup dried chow mien noodles or soba noodles or rice noodles or Angel hair nests

1 teaspoon sodium free bullion or 1 herb ox packet or 1 teaspoon better than bullion paste

1/4 cup dehydrated vegetables or freeze dried vegetables or frozen vegetables mixed

A few pieces of Dried chipped beef cut up, Beef or turkey jerky, or dried shrimp

ΒΌ teaspoon of seasoning of your choice Bay Seasoning, poultry seasoning, Italian seasoning, or seasoned garlic salt

Add dried minced garlic, bay leaves, dry ginger slices, or dried whole hot peppers to taste
Directions

Place all ingredients in pint sized mason jar.

When ready to eat, fill with water and cook for 3 minutes in the microwave.

Cover and set sit 5 minutes.

Stir and enjoy.
Storage considerations if wet or frozen ingredients used store in fridge overnight at max, if all dry ingredients are used store on shelf up to a month. If using fresh cut up vegetables and fresh pasta or precooked pasta store in fridge up to two days. I also like to add condiments and oyster crackers afterwards.
Ramen has noted to be cheap and full of additives, not to mention the salt content. Here is a real food replacement that satisfies.
