1 Tablespoon half butter half coconut oil (crisco)
1 chocolate cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
3 tbsp. water, warm
Grease a 9 x 13 inch cake pan (bottom only) with Crisco. Dump cake mix
directly into pan. Make a well, put in 4 eggs, beat with fork into
dry mix, add oil and water and stir with a fork until most of the
mixture is well mixed.
No lumps remain. If nuts or chocolate chips are preferred sprinkle in
now and stir. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until top is
shiny. Cool completely in pan then ice and cut and remove.
