1 8 oz block of cream cheese room temp
1 8 oz tub of sour cream
1 cup of whipped salad dressing
1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper or crushed Szechwan
peppercorns
1 6 oz can of drained crab meat
3 scallions diced
Whip sour cream and cream cheese together. Fold in salad
dressing and rest. Chill one hour and serve with fresh fried wonton chips
dressed with sea salt.
