Another old classic with a real food bent. Noodle side dishes do not have to come from a box or be boring. I tend to make this to pair with baked chicken, breaded pork chops or a roast from the crock pot. Need a smaller amount just for two? cut everything to a third. Not a fan of cheddar use Parmesan cheese. Instant box like ease but with staples from the kitchen.
Noodles Romanoff

16 ounces egg noodles (skinny egg noodles if you can get them)

4 garlic cloves, minced (more if you love garlic)

4 dash Worcestershire sauce
-
8 ounces cream cheese, cubed and softened

8 ounces heavy cream (milk will work, but yields a thinner sauce)
-
8 ounces mild cheddar cheese, grated
-
8 tablespoons sour cream

dried Parsley or chopped fresh
-
4 dashes paprika

Prepare noodles as directed on package.
-
While noodles are cooking, melt the butter in a sauce pan over low heat
