1 (1 lb) box rigatoni Italian style
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
Grated American or mild Cheddar
Cook rigatoni according to package directions. Set aside. Mix evaporated milk, cream cheese and Cheez Whiz. Add the milk mixture to the cooked rigatoni and mix thoroughly. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish with a little olive oil or butter. Pour in rigatoni mixture, cover with grated cheese, and bake in 350 degree oven until cheese is melted and golden brown.
