1 lb. ground half beef half turkey
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper and fresh Thyme
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 c. frozen or canned green beans
2 c. fresh or canned tomatoes or juice
2 c. uncooked noodles
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Brown ground beef in a skillet. Add salt and pepper. Then add the onion, celery, green beans and tomatoes. Cook until celery and peas are soft. Meanwhile, cook noodles in salted water. Drain and spread over meat mixture. Put cheese on top and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes to blend flavors. Serve from skillet.
