Memphis Dry Rub
- 1 cup of mixed brown sugar, sugar in the raw
- 1/2 cup smoked paprika
- 2 1/2 Tablespoon fresh ground black pepper
- 2 1/2 Tablespoon sea salt
- 1 1/2 tsp each: chili powder, garlic powder,
- and onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon Colemans dry mustard
- 1 Tablespoon ground celery flakes
Mix well with hands. Store in an airtight glass container.
