Ingredients :

2 cups of flour
1.5 Tablespoons of olive oil
1 cup milk
1 Tablespoon salt
4 ounces of cream cheese (half a block)

Mix all the ingredients until you have a soft, sticky batter.

First put a little bit of flour on your stoneware, transfer the dough and roll it out really thin. You will need to put some more flour on top of the dough before rolling it. If you want, use your hands and work it like a pizza crust. The thinner you roll the dough the better. Just don’t roll it so thin that its transparent.

Cut off any over hang, poke holes using the fork and cut the dough into squares using the pizza cutter.

Put it in a 400 degree oven for about 15-25 minutes or until it just starts to turn golden brown. The thinner you rolled it, the shorter the baking time. The end result is a light, crisp cracker. You should be able to get 3 pans full with this recipe.
